Wish for you

This is my wish for you: Comfort on difficult days, smiles when sadness intrudes, rainbows to follow the clouds, laughter to kiss your lips, sunsets to warm your heart, hugs when spirits sag, beauty for your eyes to see, friendships to brighten your being, faith so that you can believe, confidence for when you doubt, courage to know yourself, patience to accept the truth, Love to complete your life.

Loving herself

She made a deep connection to loving herself ..Once she deeply connected with her inner self and embraced who she truly was, it empowered her with the strength and courage to resolve any outer aspect of life and make the choices and changes she needed and desired.

Heard,Loved and Honored

What if each time you experienced an emotion, you acknowledged it, accepted it, and became curious about its message for you (instead of trying to make it go away or make it last longer)? Imagine how this could change your life. Imagine how heard, loved, and honored you would feel if you really listened to yourself.

Life Begins

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone...

Don't

You know who you really are. When you’re alone at night, lying in your bed in total darkness, you know that nameless person inside of you. Your life is about to be ripped apart. You will be turned into a digging machine. Your muscles will toughen. So will your heart and soul. That’s necessary for survival. But don’t lose touch with that person inside you, or else you won’t really have survived at all.

I Will

I will not be afraid of your scars. I know sometimes it’s still hard to let me see you in all your cracked perfection,but please know: whether it’s the days you burn more brilliant than the sun or the nights you collapse into my lap your body broken into a thousand questions, you are the most beautiful  thing I’ve ever seen. I will love you when you are a still day. I will love you when you are a hurricane.

I am now flying

I've been wrapped up in a cocoon for so long, I forgot what it was like to breathe and love life again. I am now flying high with my colorful, delicate wings and realizing that there is so much more to me than what everyone sees.

Some days

Some days We just have to push ourselves through-pulling strength from wherever we can
and being brave enough to do it.Find strength when you are weak. Find courage when you are scared. Always have hope when it seems like there's none.

Fearless

Let me not pray to be sheltered from dangers, but to be fearless in facing them. Let me not beg for the stilling of my pain, but for the heart to conquer it.

Principles

I love the man that can smile in trouble, that can gather strength from distress, and grow brave by reflection. Tis the business of little minds to shrink, but he whose heart is firm, and whose conscience approves his conduct, will pursue his principles unto death.

Tough & Brave

It's interesting how we often can't see the ways in which we are being strong - like, you can't be aware of what you're doing that's tough and brave at the time that you're doing it because if you knew that it was brave, then you'd be scared.

Give Me Strength

Give Me Strength, Lord
Lord, you are Holy above all others, and all of the strength that I need is in your hands.
I am not asking, Lord, that you take this trial away. Instead, I simply ask that Your will be done in my life. Whatever that means, that is what I want. But I admit that it's hard, Lord.
Sometimes I feel like I can’t go on. The pain and the fear are too much for me, and I know that I don’t have the strength on my own to get through this.
I know that I can come to you, Jesus, and that you will hear my prayer. I know that it is not your intent to bring me to this point just to leave me in the wilderness alone.
Please, Lord, give me the strength that I need to face today. don't have to worry about tomorrow.
If you just give me the strength that I need today that is all I need.
Keep me from sinning during this trial. Instead, help me to keep my eyes on you. You are the Holy Lord, and all of my hope rests in you. Thank you for hearing my prayer.

Still Standing

You have been doubted, hated, talked about, made fun of, hurt, lied to, broken and at your wits end. With that being said, I commend you for the fact that you are still standing. Your courage speaks volumes! I know your struggle and the pain you’ve endured. You are more than a conqueror. Nothing can keep you down and no one can steal your joy. Don’t give up, continue to stand tall and love yourself first. You are appreciated.

No Matter What Season

No matter what season you are in, God has a plan for you where you are now. Your purpose isn’t just waiting for you in the next phase of your life. Your purpose is present right now. But are you embracing it? Remember, when you are faithful with little, He can trust you with greater
